Level 1 Home Care Package 0% fee

The Care Management Fee and Package Management (Admin) Fee will both be charged at a flat rate of 0% to the client’s Level 1 Home Care Package:

a) When the client uses the entire Home Care Package Funds to purchase myHomecare home care services and;

b) Only until the client is assigned higher level of Home Care Package by the Department of Health, then the Care Management Fee and Package Management (admin) Fee will both be charged as per the rates shown in the current Price List.
